# resolveSlot

Resolve a single slot to a CDN URL. Returns `{slot: null, url: null}`
when the slot is unbound — callers fall back to a placeholder.

Cached for `ttlMs` (default 60s). Slot rebindings propagate within the
TTL window without an app restart.
